Good Trade Professional is dedicated to ensuring that our strategic alignment tools and consulting services are accessible to the broadest possible audience. We believe that high-stakes de-escalation and decision-making frameworks should be inclusive by design. Our goal is to provide a digital and consultative experience that respects the dignity and independence of all professionals, regardless of ability.
 

Actions Taken

To uphold this commitment, we actively work to maintain and improve the accessibility of our platform and resources:
 

• Web Standards: We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

• Virtual Facilitation: All Tailored Virtual Trainings and Leadership Intensives via Google Meet include high-accuracy live captioning and are compatible with screen-reading software.

• Resource Design: The Master Facilitator Kit and associated workbooks are designed with high-contrast typography and structured layouts to support neurodivergent learners and those with visual impairments.

• Alternative Formats: Upon request, we can provide digital materials in high-contrast or text-only formats to accommodate specific assistive technologies.

Ongoing Evaluation

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our site’s performance using automated tools and manual testing to identify and remediate potential barriers. We recognize that while we strive for universal access, some legacy components or third-party integrations (such as our printing partner, Lulu) may have limitations beyond our immediate control.
