Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: March 24, 2026
1. Digital Products (The Master Facilitator Kit)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of the Master Facilitator Kit and associated digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Once the digital assets have been delivered to your email or accessed via our portal, the transaction is considered complete. We encourage you to review the product descriptions and technical requirements thoroughly before purchase.
2. Physical Products (Books & Workbooks)
Our physical materials are printed on-demand through our partner, Lulu Direct.

Manufacturing Defects: If your book arrives with a printing error, binding defect, or significant shipping damage, please contact us at admin@goodtradepro.com within 14 days of receipt. We will coordinate with Lulu to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Change of Mind: Because each book is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for "change of mind" once the printing process has begun.
3. Professional Services (Workshops & Training)

Rescheduling: We require at least 72 hours' notice to reschedule a Facilitator Workshop or Leadership Intensive.

Cancellations: * Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of a scheduled session are eligible for a 75% refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future booking at our discretion.

Tailored Training: For customized organizational training, the specific cancellation and milestone payment terms outlined in your Consulting Engagement Agreement will supersede this general policy.
