1. Agreement to Terms

All materials provided, including but not limited to the Master Facilitator Kit, the Good Trade Workbook, digital guides, and proprietary facilitation scripts, are the intellectual property of Good Trade Professional.

  • Limited License: Your purchase of a Kit or Workshop grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal organizational use only.

  • Prohibited Acts: You may not record, redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast any part of our training materials or virtual sessions without express written consent. You may not use our frameworks to create a competing "Conflict Management" product or service.

 

3. Professional Disclaimer

Good Trade Professional provides strategic facilitation and organizational alignment tools.

  • Not Legal or Clinical Advice: Our services and materials do not constitute legal, psychological, or medical advice. We do not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes, as the success of our methodology depends on the implementation and participation of the client’s staff.

  • Liability: Good Trade Professional shall not be held liable for any organizational disputes, employment litigation, or interpersonal conflicts that arise within your firm following the use of our products.

 

4. User Responsibilities

When engaging in Tailored Virtual Training or Leadership Intensives, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing an environment conducive to professional dialogue.

  • Ensuring all participants have the necessary technical requirements (High-speed internet and Google Meet access).

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of other participants during group sessions.

 

5. Payment and Fees

All fees for products and services are quoted in USD.

  • Consulting Fees: Service fees must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your specific Engagement Agreement.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold digital assets if payments are more than 15 days overdue.

 

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate a facilitation session or revoke access to digital materials if a user engages in harassing, discriminatory, or bad-faith behavior that undermines the "Good Trade" professional standards.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
